CONTACTAL® A

Conductive and protective paste of aluminum electrical contacts.

CONTACTAL® A is a preparation consisting mainly of mineral greases and various fillers including zinc.

The fillers of a selected grain size and geometry cause the breaking of the alumina layer when the contact is tightened

that covers aluminum. The contact is both improved and protected.

Benefits:

- More specifically used in the case of strained drivers

(connection system subjected to mechanical stress).

- Improvement of the electrical characteristics of the contact, more specifically developed for fittings with bare aluminum.

- Protection against corrosion, against external pollutants (dust, vapors, electrolytes ...).

- Low oil penetration (homogenize the mixture, stirring if necessary)

CONTACTAL® A pasta is used to:

- The electrical connections of the power transmission (equipment lines ...)

- The contacts on busbars and braids (feeding ovens, electrolysis tank, etc ...)
